There aren't many rules for this other than;
1: Follow all Forum Rules.
2: Each Character makes a Thread, in which they will challenge the Elite Four Members One After another!
3: You're pokemon are automatically healed before you begin your challenge.
And here's a little surprise.....
When you beat the Elite four....you will be given a prize by Professor Briar!!
